The PCE Assessment Center gives you a clear, honest picture of your change readiness and leadership capability — and recommends what to develop first.
Most development programmes begin with a solution.
PCE begins with a question: what does this person actually need — and in what order?
Because the sequence matters. Developing leadership skills before a person is emotionally ready to change often produces little lasting impact. And focusing on mindset when someone simply needs practical tools is equally frustrating.
The PCE Assessment Center is designed to answer one question precisely: what is the most important thing to develop first — and what comes next?
Most assessment tools measure what people think they observe — perceptions, memories, and opinions from raters. These are valuable, but they have limits. Perception is filtered through relationships, context, and bias.
PCE takes a different approach.
Our assessments are conducted through AI role play — realistic, structured scenarios that invite you to respond as you naturally would in real situations. What we assess is your actual demonstrated behaviour — not what others perceive, not what you believe about yourself, but what you do when the moment arrives.
This produces a much more honest and precise picture of where you are — and a much more meaningful baseline for development.
Before any intervention — whether coaching or a leadership program — clients complete the AI role play assessment. This establishes a clear baseline.
After the intervention, clients complete the same assessment again.
The comparison shows — concretely and visibly — what has changed. Not just how you feel, but how you behave. Real evidence of real change, presented clearly to the client.
This is what makes PCE's approach different: we do not ask you to trust that something changed. We show you.
The two assessments
Our proprietary CRS assessment measures six dimensions of change readiness:
Our Leadership Skills assessment maps your current strengths and development areas across ten key competencies:
Self-Awareness · Composure · Change Management · Strategic Perspective · Participative Management · Building Collaborative Relationships · Respect for Differences · Leading Employees · Decisiveness · Taking Initiative
Once both assessments are complete, PCE maps the results together — identifying where your change readiness and leadership skills reinforce each other, and where one is blocking the other.
We then recommend a clear, sequenced development path:
This is not a generic development plan. It is a precise, evidence-based recommendation built from your specific results.
The PCE Assessment Center can be taken as a standalone service — giving you a clear picture and a recommended development path that you can act on however you choose.
Or it can be the first step in an integrated PCE development journey — feeding directly into Executive Coaching, Leadership Development Programs, or Applied Clean Language courses.
