About

There is a tiny golden light at the centre of every heart.

Most people never find it. Not because it is not there, but because no one has shown them it exists. We exist to show you that.

1 · The Belief

A brightness already there

We believe there is a tiny golden light at the centre of every human being's heart.

A brightness. A creative power. A capacity for joy, love, and conscious living that is already there — waiting to be found.

Most people never find it. Not because it is not there, but because no one has shown them it exists, or where it is, or how to turn it on.

Positive Change Enablers exists to show you that.

2 · The Vision

A world where every person's inner light is on — and radiating.

Every person knows how to turn their inner light on. And keeps it radiating — brightening themselves, their families, their communities, and the whole of society.

A world in which people are creators — building great living conditions for each other, living in abundance of both materials and love.

Where children grow up without trauma. Where couples live in happy and responsible relationship. Where old people die with dignity and care. Where plants and animals live peacefully alongside human beings, and all of life is honoured.

This is what becomes possible when every person's light is on.

3 · Our Mission

Helping people find the light

PCE helps people find the tiny golden light at the centre of their heart.

We do this through Clean Language: a precise, non-directive questioning discipline developed by David Grove that helps people explore their own inner landscape without interference, interpretation, or assumption.

Through Clean Language, people develop the self-awareness to know the button to turn their light on is there. They build the skill to press that button. And through consistent practice, they form the habit that keeps the light always on.

Our courses, our coaching, our tools, and our AI companion are all expressions of this one mission: to give every person — regardless of background, language, or circumstance — the awareness, the skill, and the practice to live from their own golden light.

4 · How We Work — The Method

We do not tell people who to be.
We ask the questions that help them find their own answers.

Our work is grounded in three disciplines — each one chosen because it works, and because it honours the person.

Discipline 1

Clean Language

Developed by New Zealand psychotherapist David Grove, Clean Language is a set of precise, non-directive questions that help people explore their own inner experience — their images, metaphors, and meanings — without imposition from outside. When someone is guided through their own landscape with Clean Language, they discover things about themselves that no one else could have told them. That discovery belongs to them. And because it belongs to them, it lasts.

Discipline 2

Applied Neuroscience

Meaningful change is hard — not because people lack willpower, but because the brain is wired to protect familiar patterns, even ones that no longer serve us. Applied Neuroscience helps us understand why change is resisted, how deeply established patterns form, and how to work with the brain rather than against it. This is not theory — it is the science behind every tool we build.

Discipline 3

Appreciative Inquiry

Most change programmes begin with what is wrong. We begin with what is right. Appreciative Inquiry is a discipline that builds transformation from strengths, from what gives energy, from what already works. When people start from their own light — rather than from their limitations — the change they create is more natural, more lasting, and more theirs.

5 · Our Values

Not words on a wall

These are the principles that shape every decision we make — especially the difficult ones.

Freedom

People should become authors of their own change — not dependent followers of an expert. Everything we do is in service of your growing freedom, not your dependence on us.

Possibility

Hope and possibility are real — and they must be grounded in an honest understanding of how people and systems actually change. We hold both.

Self-Authorship

The person is never the problem. Patterns can be understood and transformed without reducing anyone to their limitations. You are more than what has held you back.

Courageous Action

Lasting change grows from what already works — what gives energy, what creates meaning. We build from your strengths, not from your deficits.

Integrity

We do what we say. We use methods that are evidence-based and ethically grounded. We do not promise what we cannot deliver.

Stewardship

We are building something that lasts beyond us — for future generations, for communities, and for the planet we all share. A portion of what we create will always go back to protecting nature, health, and joyful living.

6 · The Lineage We Stand On

This work does not belong to us alone.

It stands on the shoulders of those who came before.

David Grove (1950–2008) developed Clean Language and gave it to the world as an open-source gift. His insight — that the most powerful change happens when we follow a person's own symbols and metaphors — is the foundation of everything we do.

David Cooperrider co-developed Appreciative Inquiry with his mentor Suresh Srivastva, originating the theory in his 1985 doctoral dissertation at Case Western Reserve University. His work created a positive revolution in the leadership of change.

Penny Tompkins and James Lawley developed Symbolic Modelling, the five-stage process that underlies our deepest work with individuals.

Marian Way brought Clean Language into the coaching world through her work Clean Approaches for Coaches.

Emmy van Deurzen mapped the four dimensions of existence that we all inhabit — and gave us a language for the whole of human life.

Irvin D. Yalom reminded us of the four ultimate concerns that shape every human life — and that honest living is the deepest form of change.

Viktor Frankl showed us that meaning is always available — even in the worst conditions. His life was proof.

We honour their work in everything we build.

7 · Our Dream for the World

We dream of a world that looks like this

People experience greater freedom across every important dimension of their lives. They create meaningful work, meaningful relationships, meaningful contributions — not because they were told to, but because their own light led them there.

Children grow up with parents whose buttons are on. Leaders make decisions that serve people, from a place of awareness and integrity rather than unconscious habit. Communities have their own change makers — people who understand their context and can create positive change from within.

Positive Change Enablers will be a global community — vibrant, locally rooted, connected by shared principles and shared light. A portion of what we create will go back to protecting nature, health, and joy.

This is what we are building.

And it begins with You.

Come as you are.
