It began in 2005 with the Executive Learning Center in Shanghai — designing and delivering leadership development programs for large multinational companies across China. ELC quickly gained the respect of companies including Continental Corp., Umicore, and Johnson & Johnson Medical, becoming one of the best training and consulting companies in China.
In 2017, they made a bold decision: to relocate to Batangas City in the Philippines, to live closer to nature, to family, and to what matters most. From there, they built One Family Farm, The Aromatic Healer, Dreamer's Arts — and eventually, Positive Change Enablers.
PCE was founded in 2023 — the culmination of everything they had learned, built, lost, and discovered across two decades of working with people and organisations in China, Asia, the US and Europe.
Their combined expertise spans executive coaching, leadership development, neuroscience, Clean Language, Appreciative Inquiry, motivational speaking, healing art, poetry, community building, and farm life.
Between them, they have published or are publishing six books — on leadership, human transformation, relationships, dreams, and the interior life. Julia's The Adaptive Edge and Guardians of Dream-seeking Garden sit alongside Ramil's The Light That Refuses to Extinguish, The Four Pillars of Enduring and Loving Relationships, and The Journey of a Dreamer — with Insights of a Dreamer and Heart of a Dreamer still to come.
What unites all of it is the same belief: that every person has a light at the centre of their heart — and that when it is on, everything becomes possible.
