I will be your company, accompany you to gain more inner strength and resilience to flourish in change.
I will be your exploring buddy, support you to explore your innermost self and unlimited positive possibilities.

Julia's Story · in her own words
In 2017, I left Shanghai — the city where I was born and grew up, my comfort zone — and moved with Ramil to Batangas City in the Philippines.
I had spent years learning methodologies to help people change. But when I arrived, I asked myself an honest question: how effective were these methods, really? And had I applied them to myself?
So instead of running a business, Ramil and I decided to apply everything we had learned to real life. Our first project was One Family Farm — 5,000 square metres of idle land that we spent seven years transforming into our home and a regenerative farm. We used Appreciative Inquiry to find our resources. We used Applied Neuroscience to overcome our resistance to change. We used Clean Language to discover our deeper self-limiting patterns and fear — and to create inspiring metaphors for the future we wanted to build.
It was not easy. I could have given up many times. I spent money on experiments that failed. I financed Ramil's projects. I made sacrifices. People didn't always understand — they thought I was troubling the trouble.
But I kept going. Because through those seven years, I learned something I could not have learned any other way: I know exactly at what point people give up, and why they never start. I know how to work through the difficulty. And I know — because I have lived it — that change is possible. Not as an illusion, but as a real, accelerated, proven process. No wasted time. No wasted money. Solid methods, proved on myself first.
By 2026, I felt it was time to share what I had discovered. Not as a theory — but as a lived system that works.
PCE is for everybody. As long as you have the intention, the attention, and the determination to transform yourself. You must be courageous — to try, fail, and try again. Never give up.
Believe in yourself first.
