Co-Founder
Business Coach · Healing Artist · Poet · Chairperson, BUPCC
Grounded, warm, and practical. The grounding force behind everything PCE builds in the community.
Ramil brings energy, humour, and practicality to everything he touches. Grounded in over 30 years of professional and business experience, his insights are light, easy to understand, and uplifting — and his inspirational messages of positivity, resilience, and practicality have been touching many individuals wherever he goes.
He helps people overcome limiting beliefs, cultivate a growth mindset, and develop the resilience they need to move through obstacles and achieve their goals.
Ramil is also an artist. Through Dreamer's Books and Arts, he creates large, awe-inspiring paintings — vivid with blues, yellows, oranges and reds — that capture the vastness of space, the beauty of skies, and the tranquility of dawn and twilight. His paintings are healing art: they energise spaces, invite deep thought, and remind us to keep dreaming.
Ramil is also a published poet. His books — The Light That Refuses to Extinguish and The Four Pillars of Enduring and Loving Relationships — are available on Amazon. His third book, The Journey of a Dreamer, is being published in June 2026. Two further poetry collections — Insights of a Dreamer and Heart of a Dreamer — are planned for future publication.
His poems form the poetic arc across PCE's most profound learning pathway: Clean for Self-Healing. Every module in every course of Pathway 7 opens with one of Ramil's poems — from the landscape beneath grief, through the flame that refuses to die, to the ember in the body that has always been there.
Ramil is also the founder of Dreamer's Dialogue — a show and movement for people committed to living their best life and embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery.

Ramil's Newest Chapter · BUPCC
His newest project — the Batangas United and Progressive Credit Cooperative (BUPCC), of which he serves as Chairperson — is rooted in the same values that run through everything he does: dignity, shared resources, and the belief that when people rise together, everyone benefits.
BUPCC was born to serve the residents and small business owners of Batangas Province — people who have the drive to build something, but not always the capital, the guidance, or the community to do it. Its six core values — Integridad, Serbisyo at Kahusayan, Bayanihan, Pagpapakatao, Paglago at Pag-unlad, and Katatagan at Pananagutan — are not words on a wall. They are the covenant every member signs the moment they join.
This Code is not a document of suspicion — it is a document of trust. Be grateful. Be kind. Be strong.
In May 2025, Ramil also stood as a candidate for Board Member of the Fifth District of Batangas Province — campaigning not as a politician but as himself. The experience stretched him. He may try again. And whatever he decides, the light he has pressed into the community of Batangas will keep radiating.
